HOW IS JENNROSE JEWELRY CRAFTED?

Each JennRose item is created with a polymer clay focal piece. Clay is conditioned, blended, textured and shaped before curing in an oven to harden. Most JRJ clay pieces are accented with various pigment additives such as mica powder or acrylic paint. The clay component is then sealed with a gloss or matte polyurethane to harden. All clay items are sanded. Additional jewelry components, such as raw stone, glass beads or crystals are then added with brass or sterling silver or gold-tone hardware. All pieces are hypo-allergenic. Select items include 14k gold filled pieces. Each item is assembled with care and packaged with a raw rose quartz.

SHIPPING METHODS

Production time is 7-10 business days before items ship. The below estimates are per USPS guidelines:


USPS First Class Mail: 1-5 business days, uninsured.

USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days, insured up to $50.00.

JRJ does not currently ship internationally.

ORDERS FULFILLMENT AND PROCESSING

Please allow for 7-10 business days for order production and processing time before your jewelry ships. Each JRJ item is handcrafted and made to order, and we want to take the time to ensure each piece is crafted to our highest standards.


Orders are processed as they come in, regardless of shipping method chosen.

CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES TO ORDERS / REFUNDS

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations to orders. Please be sure to review your order before placing to ensure accuracy. We will provide you with an email confirmation once your order is received. JRJ does not currently provide refunds or exchanges. However, if you require assistance with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs!
