JennRose Jewelry creates each item to the highest possible standards, however due to the hand-made nature of the jewelry, there may be slight variations from the product image on the website to the physical piece received, as each item delivered was created as a  unique and one-of-a-kind piece.

Please be aware of the dimensions and measurements provided in the product descriptions, as photographs on their own can be deceptive.

Prices are shown excluding delivery charges and tax fees. Prices are subject to change without notice.

If we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered and are unable to acquire more, or if we have made an error in the pricing of the item/items we reserve the right to cancel the order within 7 days from the order date.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to hygiene purposes. However, if your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 business days so we can address any concerns. Any lost or stolen packages, or packages held in customs is not the responsibility of the shop and will not be eligible for refund or replacement. 

Handcrafted jewelry is delicate, so please handle carefully. If dropped, bent or thrown, the item may break. Avoid contact with water or any form of liquid. Do not store jewelry in such a way that it will cause scratches or scraping. Metal components can be cleaned with a soft jewelry polishing cloth for a shined finish.
